I love the functionality of maxi dresses...when it is a bit cool you can toss on a sweater and they still look great...a perfect piece for Spring & Summer.

  7. Adding a sweater or knit over a maxi is perfect for chiller spring days (really every spring day in VT is chilly). It love the length and hemline on this maxi, it adds so much to the look. Beautiful images and outfit as always!

  8. I love a good maxi- it's so easy to just throw on and go, even if it is cold out. Just add a sweater and you're good to go :) I love the splatter-style print on yours. I have a similar (although shorter) skirt but the print isn't nearly as bold and seeing these photos is making me wish it was!

  15. For whatever reason, I totally resisted the maxi dress the past few seasons. it's not that I didn't like it - but I didn't think it would look good on me. This year, I'm all about maxi dresses and longer skirts. I'm ready to give the look a whirl. I love the one you have - it has such a nice flowy shape!
