I tend to stay away from tiered dresses...I usually find they create the most unflattering shape, making one bear resemblance to an oddly layered cake...so when I slipped into this dress, I was expecting the worst. To my surprise the dress fit beautifully, with the tiers falling in just the right places.

I love all things tiered, ruffled and girly, so this dress appealed to me immediately :) The addition of the belt is such a simple thing, but it pulls the look together just perfectly. And your hair, as always, is stunning... Seeing your photos always makes me seriously tempted to buy a flat iron!
